01
Health & Safety: Our Top Priority
We embed a “safety-first” culture throughout our operations, applying rigorous standards to protect our employees and stakeholders. In 2025, we achieved compliance with ISO 45001 certifications covering 76% of our workforce, confirming our focus on safety. With over 19 million hours worked across our operations yearly, we continuously assess and refine our health & safety measures, learning from challenges and striving to create a safer workplace for all. Our approach includes comprehensive safety training, proactive risk assessments, and an open feedback culture to address concerns before they become incidents.
02
Offering long-term careers prospects
We don’t just offload and close old energy facilities but rather seek ways to repurpose them for the future, and we follow the same principle with our employees. We offer upskilling and reskilling initiatives whenever we can, ensuring our people are equipped for the challenges of tomorrow.

Stronger Together: Our Commitment to Collaboration
We work closely with trade unions and employee representatives.
